Thole places second in national CDA education competition

Amy Thole, daughter of Steve and Amanda Thole, was presented with a special award and cash prize after after Mass Sept.8 at St. Andrew Church in Sibley. Thole placed second in the National Catholic Daughters of America Education Contest. She placed first locally with St. Andrew Catholic Daughters #1540 and first at state which allowed her essay to go to the national level.
