Her Health Women's Center Annual Diaper Dash

Fundraiser in South Sioux City and Le Mars Sept. 21 with participants walking or running with proceeds towards ultrasounds at Her Health in Sioux City and Le Mars.

        9 a.m. Runners/Walkers Check-in

        9:15 a.m. Introductions and Announcements

        9:30 a.m. Run/Walk Begins

T-shirts will be available the week of Sept. 16, while supplies last, at both Sioux City and Le Mars Her Health offices.

Note: Great news! If you attended or picked up a t-shirt for Diaper Dash 2023, you are good to go! We will have the same t-shirt design for Diaper Dash 2024.

Sioux City: Her Health Education Side (5740 Sunnybrook Drive, Facing Lowe's) Sept. 17 through Sept. 19, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or Sept. 20, 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Le Mars: Her Health Women's Center (25 Plymouth Street NW) Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

T-shirts will be available for pick up at both walk/run locations the morning of the Diaper Dash as well. (while supplies last)
