Sioux City Knights support six charities

During the KC's 2025 kickoff meeting on Jan. 14, the Knights of Columbus Council 5660 presented checks to representatives of six local organizations serving citizens with disabilities. Grand Knight Jamie Koob  (in the plaid shirt) presented $450 checks to each of the following groups: Special Olympics, Mid-Step Services, Camp High Hopes, Miracle League, Disabled Rollers and Stars adaptive riding. 

The council at Mater Dei Parish in Sioux City earned the $2,700 total of donations through its annual fall CPID Tootsie Roll Drive.
