Mater Dei students spread comfort

Seventh graders of Mater Dei in Sioux City, under the watchful eye of Tara Koob, made tie pillows for Mater Dei s nursing home residents and home bound members. 

Koob said students love doing this.

Mary Sam Hacker stated this gives the youth a chance to say thank you to these members who have led the way at Mater Dei. It also helps them get involved in youth ministry at the parish.
